High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, workouts are a fantastic method to get in some quick, yet effective cardio. A variety of current research concludes that the caloric expenditure of a HIIT session continues beyond the duration of the activity, and may exceed that of a traditional low intensity steady state session.
